I guess, when we decide to change for the better, the devil will try other ways to get us down. I went out of the house feeling good and ready for the week. Even reached school earlier than before. BUT, had to vomit after a staircase test. It was a simple exercise but I was giddy after climbing the steps. Felt lousy about myself. It's really time to exercise again and stop eating so much.

And I just received a bill from NIE. Need to pay $155.50 for all the whatever facilities or services which I don't use but I HAVE to pay. Really need to work hard from now on. Sorry to the young ones... I better watch my spending like Ben. So, I'll join u all lesser. HOPEFULLY.
